Staff is Hiring a Quality Technician (ALL SHIFTS - WEEKLY PAY!!) Near Walworth, WI

Co-Staff Corp. has a client located in Delavan, WI. that is in need of a Quality Assurance Technician. This client takes pride in designing and creating tooling which produces high quality parts on a consistent basis!

1st shift: 5am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)

2nd shift: 7PM - 7AM (rotating 2-2-3 schedule)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs various quality department functions to identify and contain non-conforming incoming raw materials, production, and shipments. Assist in the resolution when non-conforming product is identified.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, drawings and diagrams.
  • general knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
  • Math skills, adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying.
  • Operate basic measurement and functional gages, such as micrometer, calipers, indicator, bore gage, optical comparator, surface tester, go/no-go gages, operate parts washer and tumbler.
  • Excellent communication skills with everyone involved in the process. (managers, operators and leads.)

Physical Abilities:

  • Finger and hand dexterity. Must be able to reach and pick-up products and operate micrometers and gauges.
  • Frequent reaching, bending.
  • Standing, walking 80% of the time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Experience level:

  • 1 year

  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed
